Students and enrolments
Keep each child’s details, parents and guardians, medical information and notes together. At year end, promote the whole school to the next grade in a few clicks.
School fees, invoiced for you
Set up your fees once, by grade, payment plan and extra-mural activity. ScholaSys raises every family’s invoices each month and produces statements and age analysis reports.
Debit orders through NetCash
Collect fees by debit order without preparing files by hand. ScholaSys works out what each family owes and submits the debit order batches to NetCash.
Your accounting, connected
Processed transactions go straight to Sage Business Accounting or QuickBooks Online, so your bookkeeper and auditor work from the same figures. Every list exports to Excel or PDF.
Attendance, marks and report cards
Teachers capture weekly registers and assignment marks. ScholaSys shows what is still outstanding, then emails term report cards to parents or prints them in one PDF.
Bulk email and SMS
Send a newsletter with attachments, or an urgent SMS that arrives in seconds, to the whole school or a single class. Every message is kept on the child’s record.
Parent Portal
Parents sign in on their phone to see their children’s attendance and results, the messages the school sent, and their fees account with the next debit order date.
Parent-teacher meetings
Parents book meetings with teachers on the portal, on school days only. Confirmations, reminders and calendar invitations are emailed automatically.
School forum
An optional forum where teachers and parents talk by topic, instead of in endless WhatsApp groups. Parents get a free mobile app.
