Conversations by topic
Notices, questions and discussions are kept in topics that are easy to find later, rather than lost in a chat.
Groups by grade
Parents are placed in their child’s grade group, and move with their child when the school year changes.
Membership kept up to date
New parents are invited by themselves, and a parent’s access is removed when their child leaves the school.
How it works
- Your school’s forum is set up and linked to ScholaSys.
- ScholaSys invites parents to the forum and adds them to their child’s grade group.
- When children are promoted, their parents move to the new grade group.
- The day after a child’s final date, the parent’s forum access is removed.

- Parents can use the forum in a browser or the free mobile app.
- The Parent Portal has a Forum button that opens the school’s forum.
- The forum is optional and priced per month by school size.

Is the forum included in every plan?
No. The forum is optional, with a monthly price that depends on your plan.
Do we have to add parents to the forum ourselves?
No. ScholaSys invites parents, places them in their child’s grade group, moves them when children are promoted, and removes their access when their child leaves.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Parents can use the forum in a browser or with a free mobile app.
